if everything else appears to work then you have either a faulty heater element, thermostat, thermal cutoff or perhaps the thermal fuse has been tripped.
I believe this unit is a re-badged Whirlpool unit. THIS MANUAL may assist - specifically 4-7 Thermal Fuse and 4-10 Heater, Thermostat, Thermal cutoff

MY WHIRLPOOL DRYER Model #LER8648LWO WILL NOT HEAT. i HAVE HAD THE HEATER ELEMENT, THERMOSTATE AND THERMAL CUTOFF TESTED AND THEY SHOW ok. what do i do next
