HP Envy 17-CE008CA does not turn on after removing battery

Hi there.
I am servicing this laptop.
The customer brought to me to replace the battery.
The HP assistant says the battery needs to be removed.
And to figure out, to be sure, i opened the laptop to get accessto the battery , to read the exact model.
The battery is bloated, both sides.

So, i removed the battery an closed the laptop, to turn it on, without the battery.
Does not turn on.

I have put back the battery, nothing.
I have tried the 5s, 15s, 25s power button press technique, nothing.
I have tried the F6+Power button, that should reset the CMOS.
Also the WIN+V key, also to reset the CMOS.

Nothing.
With or without battery, the laptop does not turn on.

Oh, i have also tried another charger, same wattage, original HP, nothing.
Also tried different plugs, nothing.
Also tried disconnecting all the stuff, like the nvme drive, the 2.5" drive, the RAM, the FAN; nothing, not even a beep, or a light, absolutely no signs of life.

The machine seems dead.

If you have any ideas, clues, i am reading.

NOTES:
Some keys are not working, the first row of letters, QWER and so on.
Possibly due to the battery bloated so much that applied too much pressure insideout.
I didnt test the trackpad, and the lady does not use it.
When the battery is connected, i have no lights on the power jack.

( even it says 17-bw model, but it is pretty much the same layout).

Thanks in advance for your attention.

Hi,

What is the make and model number of the motherboard (printed on motherboard)?

Knowing this may help to find the schematics for the board which will help to find out what's happened.

Update.
i got the new battery.
And got some signs of Life.
The laptop now shows it is charging (orange led on the power connector).
Trying to power on, the power led (on the power button) turns on.
No beeps, the fan does not move.

If i keep pressing the power button, it turns off, than turns on again.
And nothing happens.

I have tried to turn on with or without the battery.
With or without the RAM, even with one of the the two and swapping the sticks.
Also, removing all the "periferals", like removed the SSD, the HDD, the WifiCard, the DVD reader.
Same result.

Nothing happens.
Just the power button's led turns on, without any bliking, bepps or else.

@Enrico Sernesi Charge the new battery fully and remove the A/C power, then press and hold the power button for a full minute. It sometimes works on some HP models

@Enrico Sernesi

Did you mean HP Envy 17 -ce0008ca?

If so, here's the correct maintenance and service guide, taken from this support webpage for the laptop if you ever need it in the future.

What is the make and model number of the motherboard (as printed on the motherboard itself)?

As I mentioned before the schematics will be required to find out what's happening.

Knowing the make and model number of the board will hopefully help to find them.
