Output tray is open but printer says its not. How do I fix it, PLEASE
I have tried everything, I can think of to fix it. Yes I have restarted it several times. Please help

Do you know where the trigger is? this is usually a piece where the door connects that gets pushed in and out to detect if its closed or not. Try pressing down on this and try printing at the same time
