I have a problem with screen like rainbow stripes

It's a little hard to tell from the picture, but my first guess would be damage to the LCD. I can't be sure, but it looks like the vertical stripes start just above a black area below them; on the right there appear to be horizontal black stripes. I'd be curious to see what it looks like on a white screen if that's possible.

Anyway, there could be two main causes for a defect like that; one would be a damaged LCD as I mentioned above, and the other could be caused by damage to the delicate flex cables that are bonded to the LCD along the edges that carry the signals to the individual pixels.

Unfortunately neither cause is repairable. Apple's laptop displays are notoriously non-repairable; you can't just replace the LCD as it's bonded to the case and nearly impossible to separate. In either case the only solution is to replace the entire display assembly. Unfortunately, they're not cheap, although you can occasionally find them on eBay.
