Gasket changing in Sirena Portafilter

Starbucks Sirena Portafilter --the rust colored gasket came ou and I can't seem to be able to get it back in. Is there a way to raise the bottom plate to get the gasket on? Thanks.

You have to rebuild the PF.

You have to take the PF completely apart to remove the black plastic disc that the red gasket goes around.
