1 ipad 6 gen wont restore or update and produce error 4013
ipad 6th gen wont reboot or forced reboot. The screen shows the mac with cable. I connected it to Macbook finder and it downloads the proper software for update and restore. First I tried the update, and got error 4013. Then I tried restore and got the same error 4013. I took to Apple Genius Bar and they tried the same attempts to revive the device, and they also had the same issue with error 4013. Any thoughts on what I should do now? thanks

When you took your device to the Genius Bar, did they use their machine and cable when they were attempting to restore it, or did you have to supply yours?
