KitchenAid dishwasher drain pump didn't power on.
My KitchenAid dishwasher drain pump didn't power on. I replaced the pump, doesn't work. Then I replaced the controller board, it didn't fix the problem either. The drain-out water line is cleaned. What is another possibility in my case?

What is the model number of the dishwasher?
Have you checked if there is power at the drain pump, when there should be during the operation of the dishwasher?
It may be a wiring problem between the control board and the pump. Broken wire in the harness cable between the control board and the body of the machine for example

Thanks, Jayeff. It said 160 volts 60Hz, but I don't that is true. I try to find out the voltage supply for the pump then I will run an external power into it to see if it's OK. But I still don't know the voltage out of the controller to the pump.

Knowing the model number will help to find the tech sheet which has the wiring diagram so that you can test the pump circuit from the control board to the pump.
If the compliance plate on the pump says 120V AC then that's what's required to operate it.
