accidentally Plugged my K-supreme on 220v outlet

Hello I accidentally plugged my Keurig machine to 220v outlet, I opened it and saw MOV and 10ohms resistor beside it was burned. I ordered replacement part (MOV 14D241k & 10ohms) now when I re-solder it and tested it the resistor (10ohms) keeps on exploding, I Got 9pcs left. can anyone can help me what should I check? I only know basic knowledge on electronics.

Super User, Start by taking som good quality and up close pictures (use good lighting, high F-stop, long shutter speed and a tripod to get the best pictures), of the board(s) in your machine, both sides. Then update your question and add those images. Adding images to existing questions, this will let us see what you see

Super User, It’s not really possible to tell much from the images you’ve added, unfortunately.

I’m hoping you took the board(s?) out and did a repair? It’s much, much easier if you take the board out, to get a good picture that tells us something. Pictures at angles and in weird positions make it hard to determine a lot of different things. The best is a board laid flat on an even surface, then image taken from directly above using a tripod, long shutter speed, high F-stop (aperture) and a LOT of lighting.

You say that you replaced the MOV and the power resistor? Could you take close up pictures (as explained above) of the repair? Also, do a very thorough inspection of the board and components, to check for damage or “suspicious things”.

If the MOV and a power resistor blew, then it appears there was no fuse or protection circuitry built in, and it tried pumping the full 220V into the 110V board (bad idea!).

What is the exact model number of your Keurig? This will help in possibly finding a service manual and / or schematics.
