Parts around HDMI retimer. C20 &R31

Can I buy just C20 and R31 SMD and what are the specs? Or do I just get a donor board? I blew them off in cleaning or replacing the retimer chip. Other option is just jumping them out.

C20 0.1UF, NEVER short a filter cap, you will usually just create a short to ground, although this cap filters against ground anyway.

R31 0OHM, data line to SMC, can be shorted.
