Is it easier to use LOCA if I don't have a lamination machine?

I'm looking to replace the front glass panel of my screen, but I don't have any of those big machines to create a vacuum.

Is it easier to do this with LOCA given that I don't have professional equipement?

Is there any way I can simulate the effect of those vacuum machines?

you can use loca but you would be best trying to find someone local that can refurbish the screen for you because if they damage the screen then they have to replace it, if you have no experience in replacing glass only then you could damage the panel and it would cost more to replace the full screen
