Chances are good you've got an issue with the charge port assembly. PRS0 is a sensor located on that flex cable and the kernel panic you're seeing is exactly what happens when the processor can't communicate with that sensor. Generally the fix for this is to replace the lightning port assembly. Note that this is a fairly difficult repair, mainly due to the amount of parts you have to remove to get to the flex cable. iFixit has a video guide available here.

If you prefer written step-by-step directions, you can find a pretty good guide over on the French SOSav site. The automatic translation works fairly well as long as you understand that the "flex cable" translation comes across as "tablecloth" and batteries show up as "drums".

You can get a replacement assembly right here on iFixit; note that the inside of the port is visible so you'll want to buy one that matches the color of your phone. You can also find the part on most of the big retail sites like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress.

Be sure and pick up a sheet of precut adhesive for the screen to seal it back up when you're done; to be honest I usually buy a couple when I do a screen just because they're easy to mess up and you don't want to have to wait to reorder before you put the phone back together if that happens.
