I am experiencing pink flickering on my M1 Mac's display, and the issue appears to be resolved temporarily when I bend the display. However, the problem reoccurs when I fully open the display.

This sounds like the display cable is breaking down.

I wound visit an Apple Store to see what they say. The problem you face is this will likely require a new display assembly. See if it’s covered under an extended warranty, hopefully it is.
