I took apart my Galaxy Watch Active2, disconnected the battery and cleaned the inside with isopropyl alcohol after it was stuck in a boot loop from what I assume was water damage. After putting it back together and putting it on the charger, it shows that it's charging but won't turn on when I press and hold the power button.

@jackhardacre just because it says it's charging it might not be. Replacing a battery after water damage is almost always a must do. Of course, double check your work too and make sure everything is connected as should. Ultimately, it could also originate from the water damage having created a short circuit somewhere on the board.
