iPhone shows apple sign then loading circle

Ok so i did a glass replacenent and everything was fine exept the touch on the right side of the screen was not working very good so i removed the glass/lcd out to reconnect the cables and now when it turns on it shows the apple sign then after about 4 or 5 minutes it only shows the little loading circle. Need help this is my Managers phone....

Did you back up the data on the phone? A restore may be necessary.

Yes i did all that ... Held the home button then plug in, then the power button thing and it restored then just went back to charging sign the when it turned back on it still does the same thing

Is it somthing i did while changing the glass??

I think i messed it up .... I chipped a little peice of the little switch connecter off bout the with of a razor any way to fix that.... It happond during second removel to check the connection...

Most probably connector 3 isn't in correctly. This happened to me when replacing the screen. I think it happens because the phone cannot boot without the proximity sensor.

To fix it just remove the front panel (digitizer+frame+lcd) and make sure connector 3 is correctly inserted! You should only see the darker copper, not the shinny bit!!

In addition, you made need a new screen as it may be the screen that is making the right hand side not work. Not the connection
