anzaraic3, the first thing I'd do, is to follow this guide and clean the phone accordingly. The guide was written for a 3G but it does apply to your phone as well. After you clean it, you should replace the battery for sure. The iPhone batteries and water do not tolerate each other well at all :-). After that reevaluate the phone for any further damage.
