My xbox 360 don't read disk, new laser

Hello, I bought a new laser for.my xbox 360 fat, because When I played a game, I started reading it, the screen said "play game" but when I pressed x a black screen appeared, and then I went back to the menu.

I bought the new laser, changed it, and it still gives the same error, any idea what it could be?
