1 Why is my phone's mic not working on phone calls?
When somebody call me or I call someone so my phonee's mic doesn't work properly. the sound goes very low to other person.

I've encountered a similar problem and noticed that it occurs with certain SIM cards. For instance, there are no issues when using a SIM card from operator A, but occasionally, the problem arises with a SIM card from operator B. This is just my speculation. Restarting the phone temporarily resolved the issue for me at that time.
