Freezer door doesn't close and seal completely

Removed freezer door, checked for any damage to rails. Both spring catches seem to work. Is there any alignment adjustments?

Hi @toddsmerdell,

Have you check that the freezer door seal (gasket) is OK and not broken, loose, twisted etc preventing the door from closing fully?
