one of the USB C isn't working

I used 2 display monitors and had them connected to a multi connection bar. 2 days ago I unplugged the bar because I just needed the laptop by itself. The laptop was in sleep mode when I pulled the bar out. But later when I plugged the bar in and used my displays, they won't work, and I realized that the one USB C has failed on one side. If this problem cannot be fixed by doing something Non-Hardware, then please give me a step by step how to fix the USB C port.
