anzaraic3, check this video about how to do it. As for what soldering iron to use, I prefer a soldering station that allows for temperature adjustment. These are great if you do more than just an occasional repair, but you can use a 30watt pencil iron with a 2mm tip. As a general guide about the temperature, consider that the melting point of 60/40 solder is 188C but this is its PLASTIC REGION It does not actually become liquid until about 260C. Solder below 260C is in the PLASTIC REGION and will not produce a good connection. More info on here It must be heated above this temperature. The minimum setting for a soldering station is 280C. For heavier work like de-soldering, the temperature should be around 320°C0watt . If you have never done any solder work, use an old logic board an practice first, develop your own best technique. Just like anything else in life, practice makes perfect. Hope this helps, good luck.
