Why my phone isn't booting up

The only sign of "life" is the bottom buttons light up for a second then nothing, screen,doesn't show anything at all ,i swapped out the battery that hasn't helped, it stayed on charge for 2 hours , what can bee broken ?(Screen is cracked but not big deal it worked flawlessly) Holding volume down+ power button doesn't solve the problem
