My Phone are dead, can't charge, but when plugged to PC I hear connect

My Phone are dead, cannot charged, but when plugged to PC I hear connected sound, but it won't read on PC, what should I do, I want to fix my phone but I'm not understand what happened, what's the problem, and how to fix it,

FYI I recently replace the LCD, I start smooth but after few days, it had black screen, at first the phone can be charged but a few moment can't hear any charges sound and I think I would try to connect it to PC, and connected sound are heard, but it can't be ready, please help, what must I do?
