@nikolaslavdas this sounds more like a setup question than a repair. I would suggest that you look through the user manual for whatever software your microplate reader is using. Not even sure if you have a printer attached and installed. For that use the operators manual for the ELx800

Use a plain ASCII-compatible printer. USB-only or modern inkjet/laser printers usually won't work unless using a serial-to-USB converter and driver support.
If you're using BioTek Gen5 or KC4 software on a PC and still want to print, the software must support the hardware printer configuration.
