Windows Hello stopped working; "Can't turn on camera"

Windows Hello stop working after automatic system update. System complains that it can't turn on the camera.

However, when I open the camera app, the camera seems to function fine...

I went into the device manager and tried rolling back the device driver, but that didn't work. I then re-updated the device driver, and that didn't work either...
