2 Q30's won't turn on
Initially, the headset was switching itself off seconds after being switched on, during use.
Today, however, it didn't turn on anymore.
If I press the power button or the NC button, the blue light comes on. But it won't turn on.
When I plug in the charging cable, the red light comes on.
With the 3.5mm sound cable, the headset also works.
Does anyone know what might be happening and how I can solve it?
Service is not a possibility, because although the headphones are not yet a year old, I bought them through the official Anker website on Aliexpress and they refuse to provide repairs.

How can I bypass the power button, in order to tell if that is the problem or a dead battery? I have a similar problem, but there's no light when the button is pressed, only when the headphones are connected to the charger

@tomasdiazaliste You can bypass the power board by using an AUX / 3.5 mm headphone cable.
