Water Not Dispensing WRS315SDHZ03

I did not see a forum for my particular model, but I would imagine troubleshooting/repair would similar on mine.

My water will not dispense, it starts, but very shortly after it stops and there is a loud thumping/clicking (not sure what word best describes the sound, but those are the closest I could come up with). I pulled the fridge out to check for issues with the water line, and tested while watching, and when that noise occurs, the water line shakes. I traced the line to the filter housing. I believe this to be an issue with the filter housing, at least that is what I hope it is, but wanted to ask here before I order a new one.

Troubleshooting:

• I tried reseating the filter, and this temporarily fixes it, but ultimately it stops.
• I replaced the water filter, thinking this started after replacing it. When this is done, it starts out strong, then it pushes the air out of the filter, and the water then begins to run slowly and eventually stops, doing what I stated above.
• I removed the water filter to test and the water flowed without issue and with some power. Put the filter back in, and the issue comes back.
