How do I unblock the hot water outlet from calcium buildup/
The water from the faucet does not come out from the Hot side. It is blocked with calcium deposits.

The only way to remove the lime buildup is either physically chipping it out or using a solvent.
You might be able to get to the blockage by removing the vale assembly if it’s within the faucets hot water line. You may need to soak the faucet in a tub filled with a lime removal solvent. Grohe Einhebelmischer Mischpatrone Replacement here’s one safe solvent Lime Away
