My whirlpool fridge freezer has started making intermittent noise on the freezer side. Attached is a video of the noise.
Asking for any advice on what could be causing the noise and how to fix it.

Here's a link that has a video that shows how to replace the evaporator fan motor in the freezer compartment.
I'm not saying that it is the problem but at least you may be able to find out if the noise is emanating from the fan or not.
If the fan motor is the problem and needs to be replaced, search online for 4389144 to find suppliers that suit you best. (supplier examples only).
If there's an excessive ice build up on the evaporator unit, that may be impacting on how the fan behaves (hence the noise) then there's a defrost problem. Post back if it is and we'll try to help further

Wat is the full model number of the refrigerator?
Are the temperatures in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments OK i.e. approx 37°F (3°C) and 0°F (-18°C)?

I don’t have the model number right off.
As far as I can tell, the temperatures are normal.
I got the noise to go away but hitting the back wall panel on the inside of the freezer

Sounds like it might be the evaporator fan so knowing the full model number will help to find the correct replacement part if it is the problem.

Sorry for the delay. The sticker on the back of the fridge identifies it as ED5FHEXNL. (2 door side by side)
When hitting the back inside wall on the shelf under the ice maker, the sound will change. Sometimes louder, sometimes quieter, sometimes it goes away.
