monitor doesnt work, one charing slots works, other not

My friend schromebook from asus fell and the charging cable is wikles and gets hard to get out. And when it fell the monitor instand shut down. i opened the laptop and the charging slot it a little bit up and the other not. has someone the same thing as me and if you fixed me, can you please tell me
