No power, no fans spinning, blown fuse
It was working like 2 years ago but i was changing to a better gpu, once i wanted to test it and that's when she didn't start, nothing, i measured and i think that a fuse is blown and one of the ram has less ohms then others i tried to do something but i was scared, maybe i should replace the fuse?

Hi,
The fuse was probably blown to protect the rest of the circuit so if you change the fuse without eliminating the issue that is causing the short the fuse will blow again.
