Can't find WiFi for setup

Hi. My Echo 10 suddenly stopped connecting to WiFi. I did a a factory reset but it stops installation on the WiFi setup. I've tried to setup with QR code but that stops the screen responding. If I don't use QR Code I can still continue but still doesn't find WiFi.
