Open the appropriate side door of your vehicle that requires a door handle replacement.

Locate the tab on the panel behind the door handle.

Use a flat-head screwdriver (1 x 3 mm) to move the tab to the right and slightly pull the panel out.

The first image shows the approximate location of 3 tabs behind the door handle assembly. Knowing the location of tabs is useful when attempting to release assembly.

Using your left hand, pull the assembly to the left to reveal the tab on the right. While pulling on the assembly, use a flat-head screwdriver (1 x 3 mm) to press the tab inward to release.

Once the tab on the right is released, a slight pull of assembly will release it from the door.

To install your new door handle assembly, follow these instructions in reverse order.
Additional tips: For step 5, the clip will be pushed back into the clip holder. For step 4, replace the cable and rotate the clip clockwise.
