Use this guide to bring you laptop back from the dead with a brand-new battery. Replacing your battery will allow you to continue to take your laptop on the go and be ready for work anywhere in the world.
This process of swapping the battery is very simple and the only required tool is a small screwdriver. Once the battery is taken out, follow the instructions in reverse order to ensure success. Once the new battery is in, you can verify it is working by turning the laptop on and checking the battery percentage.
Before beginning this guide, be sure to power off your device and unplug it from the charger.

Turn the laptop upside down to locate the battery at the top of the laptop.

Use a screwdriver to shift the orange lever to the right.

While holding the lever to the right, use your fingers to lift the battery up and out of the compartment.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
