Problem:
Bosch Error Code 680
Error is not listed in the manual documentation.
Bosch Error Code 680 means, that the power button of the akku is constantly pressed.
The problem could be a small mechanical issue that I will discuss here.

Clean everything.

Remove the two plates with the 4 allen screws.

I needed to add a little spacer direct on the akku. Because the allen screws created too much force on the akku power button.

Adjust the plate on the akku like this. Otherwise the akku could stuck when you try to mount or remove it from the bike.

Hint: If you loose the allen screw thread nubsis. look for the little white wholes in the akku that has scratched the black colour before. Then start with two screws and move till you catch the next one. Use a flashlight to find it.

Arbeite die Schritte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ab, um dein Gerät wieder zusammenzubauen.
