Identify the Hex nut within the inside of the chuck of the drill.
Insert the 4mm Allen key into the chuck to loosen the Hex nut.
The Hex nut is reversed threaded. To loosen the nut, simply twist the 4mm Allen key in the opposite direction.

Re-insert the 4mm Allen key into the chuck after the Hex nut has been taken out.
Make sure that the 4mm Allen key is firmly in place inside the chuck.
