Dell Precision T3400 Power Supply Replacement

  1. Dell Precision T3400 Power Supply Replacement, Disconnect the DC power cables from the system board and the drives.: adım 1, 1 resimden 1.

    • Pay special attention to where the DC power cables are plugged in so that they can be replaced the same way.

    • You may need to remove the heat-sink assembly in order to detach certain cables.

    • Remove the four screws on the back of the power supply using a standard Phillips-head screwdriver.

    • Press the secure tab down and slide the power supply out of its bracket to remove it.

    • Slide the power supply into the empty bracket. It will click into place.

    • Replace the four screws to secure the power supply to the computer case.

    • Remember to use the case's secure tabs to hold cables out of the way.

    • If you removed the heat-sink assembly in order to remove any power supply cables, be sure to re-install the assembly.
