Dell Vostro A90 Solid-State Drive Removal

In this guide, we will be showing you how to remove the Solid-State Drive.

  1. Dell Vostro A90 Solid-State Drive Removal, Removing the Battery: adım 1, 1 resimden 1.

    • Turn the computer over.

    • Slide the battery-bay release latch and the battery-lock latch towards the outer edges.

    • Slide the battery out of the battery bay.

    • Turn the computer top-side up, open the display, and press the power button to ground the system board.

    • If this is all you are doing Follow Step In Reverse if not Go to Next Step.

  2. Dell Vostro A90 Solid-State Drive Removal, Remove the Screws: adım 2, 1 resimden 1.

    • Remove the two screws on the module cover.

  4. Dell Vostro A90 Solid-State Drive Removal, Lifting the Cover: adım 3, 1 resimden 1.

    • Lift the cover off the computer at an angle as shown in the figure.

    • If this is all you are doing Follow Step In Reverse if not Go to Next Step.

    • Remove the two screws that secure the solid-state drive.

    • Lift the solid-state drive out of its system board connector.

    • If this is all you are doing Follow Step In Reverse if not Go to Next Step.
