Reception issues or a broken antenna may mean the antenna needs to be replaced. In this guide, you are going to:
- Access the antenna
- Remove the antenna
NOTE: This guide shows the E815 partially dissembled. Disassembly is not required to access the antenna.

Locate the antenna port on the top of the phone.

Grip the plastic support post and unscrew the apparatus using a counterclockwise twist.

Pull the apparatus up and out of the phone.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
