  With one hand, push the rectangular button located on the back top-side of the phone.

  With your other hand, remove the rear cover.

  Pull out the battery by lifting if from the cut out on the bottom end of the battery.
  
  Once the Battery is removed, purchase a replacement battery and insert the battery back into the phone.
