Lenovo Essential G560 Individual Keyboard Keys Replacement

This guide details the steps necessary to remove single keys from the keyboard. Please follow this guide only if you are experiencing trouble with a few keys. If numerous keys aren't working, it may be time to replace the entire keyboard.

  1. Lenovo Essential G560 Individual Keyboard Keys Replacement, Battery: adım 1, 1 resimden 1.

    • Turn off the computer.

    • Disconnect the charging cable from the computer.

    • Failure to unplug the cable could result in electric shock.

    • Flip the computer upside down.

    • Place your pointer finger under the key you want to remove. For extra leverage, use the thumb and rotate the key in the manner shown.

    • The key will come off with a popping sound.

    • You will now be able to see the mechanism below the key. Clean this area using compressed air, then replace the key.
