Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement

Giriş

Make sure device is unplugged.

  1. Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement, Belt Drive: adım 1, 1 resimden 1.

    • Remove slip mat from top of the platter.

  2. Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement: adım 2, 1 resimden 1.

    • Remove platter by inserting thumbs in holes and slowly pulling up.

    • There will be some initial resistance.

    • Remove damaged belt which will be located below the platter.

  5. Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement: adım 4, 1 resimden 1.

    • Install new belt by securing it around the inner ring, located on the back of the platter.

  6. Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement: adım 5, 1 resimden 1.

    • Place a thumb in each hole.

    • You should be able to feel the rubber belt.

    • Gently pull the belt with each thumb, keeping the belt taut around the inner ring.

  7. Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement: adım 6, 2 resimden 1. Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement: adım 6, 2 resimden 2.

    • Secure platter back on turntable while keeping belt taut.

    • Pull belt around motor spindle.

    • Gently let go of belt.

  8. Numark TT1600 Belt Drive Replacement: adım 7, 1 resimden 1.

    • Test turntable by spinning the platter.

    • There should be slight tension causing the platter to come to a stop.
