      • The battery is located on the top left corner of the backside of the device.

      • On the left side underneath the battery drawer, you can see two battery lock switches located in the shape of a T.

      • At the beginning, both switches should be switched to the locked position.

      • Slide the vertical battery lock switch downwards to the image of the unlocked padlock.

      • Now you can move the horizontal battery lock switch to the right.

      • You need to apply some pressure to fully move over the switch. At the hardest part, the battery drawer will spring open.

      • Now you can remove the battery block completely.

      • By doing this, the horizontal switchlock will jump back to its original position on the left side.

Solution could be as simple as selecting the right video output mode, follow the first hint from the most useful answer in this thread https://it.ifixit.com/Risposte/Visualizz.... If it helped you solve your problem, please feel free to leave a feedback to the author of the post, otherwise I suggest you try asking directly in the above-mentioned dedicated topic
