A nice ol' bottle of compressed air will do the trick. You have two options, either open the console up and give it a spurt from the inside, or be lazy like me and shoot it from the outside! Cheers!

When you’ve gotten to the fan, instead of unplugging and removing the fan, clean it with cotton swaps dipped in isopropyl alcohol that is 90% or higher.

I tried replacing the fan with a new one but it still doesn’t spin, I guess the fuse popped for some reason so I just got a usb fan and drilled holes at the top of my console and stuck the fan there with cable ties
