Follow this guide to replace the light socket in your desk lamp. Before you begin the repair, make sure that your lamp is off and unplugged from the electrical outlet.

Carefully unscrew the bulb by turning it counterclockwise.

Some handles may be snug, so take your time and avoid forcing it.
