    • The first step in accessing the audio and/or camera buttons is to remove the back case of the phone and then the battery

    • Use a Torx T6 screwdriver to remove eight 5 mm screws on the back case.

    • Using an opening case, (a guitar pick works as well), start on the bottom right side of the phone and undo the clips located at the interior sides. Repeat this step for the left side.

    • The phone should now look like this. The Volume button is indicated by the larger yellow circle, and the camera button is indicated by the smaller and lower yellow circle.

    • The volume button (left) and the camera button (right) lift right out of the phone as shown in the picture. From here you can clean them or replace them.
