If your battery isn't working. (on this phone it was bloated and about to burst) here is how to fix it! You will need to remove the back plate and disconnect the old battery to replace it.

First, remove the microSD tray, use a sim ejector tool for this.

Begin by removing the upper and lower plastic panels. Pry the top with a spudger from the corners as shown in the red circle.

Remove the SIM card.

Next pry off the lower plastic panel. This one is stuck on a little bit more.
