Zebra ZP 505 Printhead Replacement

Giriş

Use the following guide to remove the printhead safely without the use of tools.

  1. Zebra ZP 505 Printhead Replacement, Printhead: adım 1, 1 resimden 1.

    • Locate a tab securing the printhead on the right hand side of the printer.

  2. Zebra ZP 505 Printhead Replacement: adım 2, 1 resimden 1.

    • Push the tab to the right. The thermal head should release outward.

  4. Zebra ZP 505 Printhead Replacement: adım 3, 1 resimden 1.

    • Hold the thermal head and pull out gently.

  5. Zebra ZP 505 Printhead Replacement: adım 4, 1 resimden 1.

    • Disconnect the two (tan) harnesses located on opposite sides of the thermal head and remove the printhead.
