[* black] The electronics module is very complicated and the mainboard is not the only component that can fail. So first you need to verify that your printer really has bad mainboard and not something else.
[* black] Normally, the mainboard produces a short beep about 10 seconds after powerup. If it doesn't beep, then it's probably dead.
