-	[* black] Remove the piece that holds the thumbsticks.

+	[* black] Remove the guard piece that holds the thumbsticks to the controller.
+	[* black] Apply pressure with two fingers to carefully pop off the thumbsticks that are in need of repair.
	[* black] Replace by sliding a new thumbstick onto the plastic post that secured the old one.
