-[* icon_caution] The speaker diaphragm of the Bose QC 35 melts easily when exposed to too much heat. Because of that we advice to cut out some kind of heat protection for the following step.
- [* icon_reminder] Even with a heat protector in use we highly recommend to start with low heat to loosen the adhesive of the battery cover and to raise it slowly if the adhesive doesn't soften.
-[* icon_note] Your heat protector should look like the one in the first picture and cover everything inside of the earpiece but the plastic cover of the battery. A piece of carton will do the trick however anything with a thickness of 2 mm plus should do the job.
-[* black] Cut out your heat protector and place it in the earpiece recess.
